  • FASTING TIPS

    For best results everyone should combine our 3 Day detox packages with Intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting follows a 16/8 eating schedule. This basically means for 16 hours no solid foods(ex: steak, chicken, fish, bread) and for 8 hours you can eat home-cooked or healthy takeouts that you consider a wholesome choice. Don't be alarmed for 8 hours, you should be asleep and you should also have a minimum of 8 glasses of water throughout the 24 hour time period. You should consume 4 juices per day along with 1 immunity shot.

     

    During the 16 hour fasting period you can eat fruits and vegetables, nuts, sea moss smoothies, black coffee, berries, and acai bowls. So don't worry you won't feel like you're starving at all. 

    30 mins of cardio exercises should also be done during the 3 days!
